GREENLEAF
Greenleaf has very detailed houses with lots of gingerbread and finishing touches. The kits often include staircases and fireplaces and all the necessary materials needed INCLUDING shingles. The only information you should know about these houses is that they are made from thinner wood sheets that have been punch pressed. Each component of the house must be "popped" out and the tiny knobs that held the pieces in place must be sanded off. These houses are exceptional when assembled, but, do require a little more prep work before being put together.

CORONA CONCEPTS
Very Unique designs and styles. These are also the thinner wood and punched pieces described in the Greenleaf details above.

WALMER/Lilliput
These dolhouses are basic designs and wonderful for small children because they are made of prefinished thicker wood that stands up to more heavy duty handling. Kits come with smooth roof and walls or you can purchase the additional siding and shingle kits that go with each house. Side additions are also available in single storey and two storey sections that will add additional rooms to your house.

REAL GOOD TOYS
These are top of the line houses that not only come in a large variety of styles, but many have options you can add like a variety of different porches, different additions and finishing kits that include siding and shingles. Most houses come in your choice of plain walls or "milled" walls which are routered to look like they have siding. You can order Real Good Toys Dollhouses pre-assembled for additional cost. Not every house has all the options and additions, but, there are a wide variety of dollhouses with many options and many choices!!!
