WELCOME TO SOCK'S PAGE

For all our loyal customers who call to find out what's happening to Socks the Gallery Cat, you'll be very happy to know that she is doing quite well. This is her page of information and photographs for your pleasure.

You may recall that the little black and white fur ball was abandoned on a mountain behind a biker bar at three months old. She was pretty abused and even has broken eye teeth. Although she's the friendliest kitty in the world she's very afraid of a broom and garbage bags, so, one can only imagine how badly she was treated hanging around that bar.

Unable to find a home for her, we put her in the gallery where she has continued to reside in comfort. She thrives on all your attention, gifts and treats. She probably won't go outside because she is too frightened of the big scary world out there, but, we do ask that you don't tempt her by leaving the door open for any length of time--no matter how much she begs.

Socks probably won't go outside because she is too frightened of the big scary world out there, but, we do ask that you don't tempt her by leaving the door open for any length of time--no matter how much she begs. If you are wearing leather shoes you are probably going to find Socks rubbing on them until she drools. Leather is her favourite thing next to dinner and we can only assume it reminds her of her early days at the biker bar.

Socks could be snoozing anywhere in the building, but, when the entrance buzzer goes off it won't take her long to greet you at the front door and inform you that it's time for you to pet the cat.

She hasn't a clue what her nails are for and often has to be rescued when her claws are stuck in carpet or the pant leg of your jeans when she's begging for attention. Consequently, she's very safe around children, doesn't scratch or bite and just loves to roll over on her back and have you rub her tummy. Since she was rescued from the dumpster she has turned into a "clean freak" and washes herself constantly. She's the softest cat in the world!

Socks will sit on any piece of paper, paper towel, piece of plastic or crawl into any cardboard box regardless of how small. As you can see, it's a little hard to train her not to get cozy in the merchandise especially during night hours when the shop is closed. What can you do with a face like that?

Isn't this what you do with a $3,000.00 Scanner?

When it comes to customer service---Socks is the best!!!!

Enjoy my pictures. I can't wait to see you.

Love,
Socks, the Gallery Cat
